Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing

• Analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and ROI

• Manage e-commerce platform optimisation, including product listings, site navigation and checkout processes to enhance user experience and sales performance

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify emerging opportunities within the e-commerce sector

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content and technical departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution

• Monitor industry trends and algorithm changes across search engines and social media platforms to maintain campaign relevance and effectiveness

• Prepare comprehensive reporting and dashboard analytics to communicate campaign results and insights to senior stakeholders

• Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery and maximised performance

• Test new marketing channels, tools and technologies to identify innovative ways to reach target conversion and drive business growth

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or e-commerce roles within a commercial environment

• Proven expertise in paid search advertising (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, etc.) and proficiency with PPC campaign management

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, user behaviour and conversion rate optimisation techniques

• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, data dashboards and marketing automation tools

• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into strategic recommendations

• Experience managing digital marketing budgets and demonstrable ability to drive positive ROI, ROAS, GMV or others on marketing spend

• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) and their respective best practices

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences

• Familiarity with e-commerce tools, including affiliate marketing, live commerce, and e-commerce advertising, as well as an understanding of relevant KPIs and performance metrics.
