Project Administration Officer (GMTP)
atGulf Energy Development PCLJob Responsibilities:
· Conducting all payments and expenses which are related to the project.
· Verifying all documents accurately before submitting to management’s approval.
· Coordinating between head office, plant , the contractors and business partner.
· Coordinating and supporting project team members.
· Being responsible for document controller duties.
· Performing such administrative duties that will ensure the overall organized and reliable management of the facilities in office
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
· Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or related fields.
· Experience in construction work would be an advantage.
· Being proactive with a good personality, ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
· Good command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
· Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
· Workplace is in Bangkok.
· Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
