• Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of meals.
• Ensure menus are displayed showing choices.
• Awareness of food quality.
• Managing staffs including the working standard, clothing, cleaning and work schedule.
• Maintain records of stock and orders items as required.
• Overseeing customer relations.
• Enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Managing kitchen budget.

• Male or Female
• High School / Vocational or related Culinary degree.
• 1 - 4 years of experience in restaurant / catering or related field.
• Leadership, teamwork, high responsibilities and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skill.
• Ability to communicate in English.
