Job Description
- Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities.
- Oversee the management of existing investments, including monitoring performance and making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as treasury, credit, and compliance departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead negotiations with external fund managers and other counterparties involved in investment transactions.
- Manage the process of acquiring new subsidiaries or partner banks, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and integration planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment management, preferably at a financial institution or asset management firm.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk management techniques.
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements in the banking industry.
- Experience with procurement processes and vendor management.
- Strong statistical knowledge for analyzing market trends and forecasting investment performance.
- Experience with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods for investment analysis.
