Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and visionary Product Manager to lead the product development and continuous improvement of the SCB Easy channel, our flagship mobile banking platform. In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, drive product strategy, and ensure seamless digital experiences that delight users and support SCB’s digital transformation goals.
Job Descriptions:
  • Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SCB Easy channel in alignment with business objectives.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through research, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, BA, SA, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the product team, ensuring clarity of product requirements and priorities.
  • Maintain and groom a well-defined product backlog; write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Stay informed of digital banking trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure SCB Easy remains innovative and competitive.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or masters. degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in product ownership, preferably in digital banking, fintech, or mobile applications.
  • Experiences with Figma and can be do some design/prototype to explain the customer journey as one of the detail requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and product solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with mobile app analytics, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance, and UX best practices in digital banking is desirable.
