Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing SME products, processes, and strategies to achieve business targets and ensure on the smooth process/product launch via both traditional and digital channels

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Obtain deep understanding of our Lending business, including customer needs, competitive environment, and the operations and experiences of our key products.
• Manage the development of product enhancements from ideation to launch, and act as a key point of contact for enhancements owned.
• Create well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Technology and operations partners to oversee the design & build phases of product enhancements.
• Deliver product enhancements on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Monitor and report out status of the work in progress, as well as key performance indicators relative to expectations post-launch.
• Develop marketing campaigns as well as marketing communication plans to effectively grow customers' base and gain more market share.
• Execute product development and marketing campaign from End-to-End process, covering coordinate with related stakeholders (Risk Management, Operations, Channels, Compliance)
• Monitor and evaluate program results as well as competitive environment update.
• Ensure all products and marketing programs are comply with regulatory.
• Ensure the remarkable customer experience throughout customer journey.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor/ Master's degree in Banking, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields
• At least 3-5 years of experience, preferred experience in managing SME products.
• Outstanding team player and work well under pressure
• A wide degree of creativity with analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
• Can do attitude.
• Fluent in English
