Job Responsibilities

Verify transaction details and prepare deal confirmations accurately and completely in the system.

Process and coordinate transaction settlements with counterparties within specified deadlines.

Maintain and update counterparties' Settlement Standing Instructions (SSI) accurately in the system.

Prepare and submit regulatory and transaction-related reports, including AML reporting requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve transaction-related issues.

Support other operational tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in Operations within a bank or financial institution.

Knowledge of financial market operations, foreign exchange, or financial instruments is an advantage.

Experience using SWIFT or other payment/settlement systems.

Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work accurately under time-sensitive environments.
