Role Summary

The Business Development and Performance Insight role is responsible for delivering financial modeling, business analysis, and performance tracking to support strategic decision-making. This role works closely with senior management to translate complex business scenarios into actionable insights and measurable frameworks that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Modeling & Analysis

   • Develop financial models, including sensitivity analysis, to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
   • Evaluate business opportunities, investment scenarios, and financial impacts.

2. Business Situation Analysis

   • Analyze complex business situations and translate them into structured financial perspectives.
   • Provide clear recommendations based on analytical findings.

3. Data Analysis & Insights

   • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from both internal and external sources.
   • Generate insights that support strategic planning and executive-level decisions.

4. Performance Monitoring

   • Track and evaluate overall company performance against key metrics and strategic goals.
   • Identify performance gaps and propose improvement initiatives.

5. Framework Development

   • Design and implement analytical frameworks to assess business performance and operational effectiveness.
   • Standardize tools and methodologies for ongoing performance evaluation.

6. Ad-hoc Strategic Support

   • Undertake additional assignments as directed by management or executive committees.
   • Support special projects aligned with business strategy and corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, with demonstrated experience collaborating closely with business functions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of Python is considered an advantage.
• Strong foundational skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
