Summary and Description

At Krungsri Nimble, we are the innovation-driven tech arm of Krungsri Group, and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (API Project) leads endtoend API initiatives, coordinating crossfunctional teams and vendors to deliver highquality solutions on time. Ideal for someone technically savvy, organized, and strong in communication and leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with multiple project managers, development teams, and vendors at the same time, ensuring smooth coordination across both Agile and traditional teams.

Technical & Analytical Expertise
Use strong technical understanding of system integration, data flows, and detailed design to define requirements, assess project scope, and support endtoend solution planning.

Planning & Delivery Management
Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure ontime delivery while overseeing full application lifecycle activities—from architecture and design to development, testing, and deployment.

Leadership & Team Coordination
Provide clear direction, motivate teams, and ensure effective collaboration across Development, QA, SIT/UAT, and support teams while maintaining project governance and standards.

Communication & ProblemSolving
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors. Quickly resolve issues, perform rootcause analysis, and propose practical solutions based on evolving requirements.

API Standards & Innovation
Advise on APIrelated initiatives, support innovation efforts, and ensure all APIs adhere to Krungsri’s API standards and integration best practices.

What Will Make You a Great Fit

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of solid IT project management experience—largescale or APIrelated projects are a plus.

• Leadership & Collaboration: 1–3 years in a management role, able to lead project teams and work closely with vendors while ensuring knowledge transfer and strong team motivation.

• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong systems thinking, analytical ability, problemsolving, and rootcause analysis. Able to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.

• Project Delivery Strengths: Excellent schedule management, governance, and the ability to keep projects on track while adapting to changes and challenges quickly.

• Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—when working with internal teams, external partners, and crossfunctional stakeholders.
