IT Business Relationship Manager (VP)

1. Strategic Business Partnership & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary technology partner for assigned business units and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, objectives, and challenges to proactively identify technology opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior management and provide strategic technology advisory support.
  • Align technology initiatives with business priorities and long-term organizational goals.
2. Demand Management & Portfolio Governance
  • Manage and prioritize business demands, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, technology capabilities, and resource capacity.
  • Facilitate business case development, project prioritization, and investment decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the technology portfolio for assigned business domains, ensuring optimal value realization.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and benefit realization.
3. Digital Transformation & Solution Delivery
  • Partner with Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Drive digital transformation, process optimization, and innovation initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements, operational standards, risk controls, and regulatory expectations.
  • Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and digital capabilities to enhance business performance.
4. Stakeholder & Executive Management
  • Act as a liaison between business executives and technology leadership.
  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve complex issues through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and updates for governance committees and senior management.
5. Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor service quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and delivery performance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and technology services.
  • Drive issue resolution and escalation management for critical technology-related matters.
  • Establish KPIs and service metrics to measure business value and stakeholder outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Relationship Management, Business Partner Management, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Project/Program Management, or Banking Technology.

  • Proven experience working with senior business stakeholders and executive management.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, digital banking, technology platforms, and IT delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience in demand management, portfolio management, and technology governance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good command of Thai and English.
