Job Description
Job Summary
To support the execution and coordination of Track B, Track C, and Regional Network Management operations, working closely with internal teams and vendors. The role focuses on monitoring field operations, tracking performance (KPIs), and supporting day‑to‑day data analysis and issue resolution to ensure alignment with organizational standards, targets, and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities*
- Execute and coordinate network rollout activities (Online & Mobile), including design, implementation, and site readiness within SLA
- Support field rollout and operations by coordinating vendors, resources, and schedules to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor operational performance and KPIs across rollout, Track B/Track C, and field operations
- Track progress, identify issues, and support escalation to minimize delays and operational impact
- Support quality and compliance checks against technical standards, regulatory requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Perform data tracking and basic analysis to identify performance gaps and support decision‑making
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, utilities, regulators) to ensure operational alignment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance, service quality, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, contractors, and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
- Working knowledge of network rollout processes, site implementation, and infrastructure deployment
- Experience supporting or coordinating network rollout projects, including monitoring progress and handling day‑to‑day execution activities
