Job Summary

The Head of Tech and Product will help develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on creating innovative digital solutions for healthcare.

Job Responsibilities* Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on creating innovative digital solutions for healthcare. Lead and manage the product team, including product managers, designers, and researchers. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and validate product ideas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, commercial, engineering, marketing, and operations, to build high-quality products that meet user needs. Define and prioritize product features and ensure the product roadmap reflects business priorities and market opportunities. Monitor product performance and user feedback and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and other partners. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate insights into product development and strategy. Communicate major product milestones and updates to the executive team and board of directors. Drive a culture of innovation and startup thinking across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, analytical degree in economics, statistics or related field. 10+ years of experience in product leadership/product management for consumer mobile apps or digital products in a fast-paced tech or startup environment. Experience managing and leading product teams, including product managers, designers, and researchers. Strong background in developing and executing product strategies for digital platforms. Experience with user research, user-centered design, and agile product development methodologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence others, and drive results. Experience in digital healthcare or related industries is a plus.
