atChubb life Assurance Co., Ltd.- สอบทวนผลการพิจารณาสินไหมซึ่งผ่านการพิจารณาและจ่ายสินไหมจากเจ้าหน้าที่สินไหมทดแทนของบริษัท หรือบริษัทคู่สัญญา ให้เป็นไปด้วยความถูกต้องและเป็นธรรม
- ตอบคำถามหรือให้คำอธิบายกับโรงพยาบาล ตัวแทน หรือผู้เอาประกัน ในเรื่องของแผนประกันและความคุ้มครองต่างๆ ตลอดจนเงื่อนไขการจ่ายสินไหมทดแทน
- ประสานงานโรงพยาบาลคู่สัญญา ในการสร้างพันธมิตร เพื่อสนับสนุนส่งเสริมการให้บริการอันดีแก่ผู้เอาประกันภัย อีกครั้งกรณีที่มีประเด็นสงสัยด้านการให้บริการรักษาพยาบาล หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ปรึกษาหารือกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายสินไหมหรือแพทย์ที่ปรึกษาในการหาทางออกที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในกรณีเคสที่มีความซับซ้อน
- ประสานงานกับโรงพยาบาล เช่น การขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติมเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาอนุมัติการจ่ายสินไหมทดแทน
- ชี้แจง และให้คำแนะนำแก่โรงพยาบาล ตัวแทน หรือผู้เอาประกัน แนวทางการตั้งเบิกสินไหมทดแทน ข้อยกเว้น เงื่อนไขกรมธรรม์ และประเด็นข้อสงสัยต่างๆ เพื่อความเข้าใจอันดีระหว่างคู่ค้าและบริษัท
- สนับสนุนข้อมูลและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้พิจารณาสินไหม ด้านงานสินไหมทดแทนอุบัติเหตุและสุขภาพประเภทต่างๆ
- สนับสนุนข้อมูลผลการสอบทวน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานของผู้พิจารณาสินไหม
- ดำเนินการและประสานงาน fax claims ประจำวัน
- ร่วมมือในการจัดการปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Age 25-35 Years or more. / อายุ 25-35 ปีขึ้นไป
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing science ปริญญาตรีสาขา พยาบาลศาสตร์
- Fair command of spoken and written English มีทักษะการ พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับที่พอใช้
- Good interpersonal and communication skill มีบุคคลิกดี ทักษะการสื่อสารได้เป็นอย่างดี
- Positive attitude and strong contribution for team, diligent, self-motivated and enthusiastic มีความมั่นใจในตัวเอง ทัศนะคติที่ดีในเชิงบวกและสามารถร่วมงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
- Service minded and able to work effectively in a high pressure environment มีใจรักงานด้านบริการและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
