Workplace Area: BTS ploenchit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30
- To draft and review legal documents and contracts;
- To provide legal advice on various matters;
- To liaise with relevant government authorities and handle legal matters;
- To keep track on new laws and regulations relating to company's business
- Other assigned task by Superior
- Thai nationality, Male/female, 25-30 years
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Experience of at least 3 years in Multi-national Corporation, listed company and/or reputable law firm
- Have a good understanding in corporate and commercial laws;
- Have an ability to conduct independent legal research;
- Have practical experience in corporate secretarial works
- Good command in English
- <Preferable Skill / Experience>
- LL.M. and lawyer license are preferable;
- Experience in SET/SEC regulations is preferable
