Workplace Area Thanyaburi, Pathumthani Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Sat 1-2 days per month))
- Take care about Business Law, Contract and other legal issues for business
- Providing legal opinion on concerned laws, rules or regulations as necessary
- Filing Legal documents as needed
- Handle with intellectual property, trademark, and corporate law
- Observing minutes, agenda preparation of the Board of Directors and Sub-Committees.
- Support Sr. Legal Chief in contract drafting/ revising
- Other Legal tasks as assigned.
- Thai nationality, Male/Female , age 25-29 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years' experience in legal function in corporate field.
- Experienced in drafting contract or agreement both Thai and English.
- English Language Skill (TOEIC: 680)
- Strong Interpersonal, detail-oriented, good personality.
- Computer literacy: MS Office (MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point).
- Knowledge in intellectual property law
