Plan, carry out, and optimize events and initiatives to drive key metrics like user engagement, retention, and revenue.

Track, analyze, and report the game's key metrics to management and other key stakeholders.

Build a strong understanding of the game product, the local market, and its users/players through data analysis and user research (e.g., focus group discussions, surveys, interviews).

Assess in-game features and provide feedback to the relevant stakeholders (e.g., the regional team, the game developers), suggesting optimizations and improvements to further drive key metrics.
