Key Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational and commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize mall performance.

Drive revenue growth through budgeting, cost control, tenant mix optimization, and commercial initiatives.

Partner with the Leasing and Marketing teams to attract quality tenants, increase foot traffic, and enhance customer experience.

Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring high standards of facilities, security, cleanliness, and service quality.

Lead and develop cross-functional teams, set KPIs, and drive operational excellence.

Build strong relationships with tenants, government agencies, business partners, and local communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in shopping center management or retail business operations.

Strong abilities in strategic planning, team management, and budget control.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
