คุณจะรับโจทย์จากผู้บริหารและทีมงาน แปลงเป็นการออกแบบโซลูชัน AI ที่ใช้ได้จริง แล้วลงมือทำให้เกิดขึ้นร่วมกับทีมข้ามสายงาน — ทั้งภายในองค์กรและกับลูกค้า

ตำแหน่งนี้ไม่ใช่งานวิจัย และไม่ใช่งานเขียนโปรแกรมล้วน ๆ แต่คืองาน "ทำให้ AI ใช้ได้จริงและวัดผลได้"

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

— ถอดกระบวนการทำงานของแต่ละหน่วยงานและของลูกค้า หาจุดที่ AI สร้างผลลัพธ์ได้จริงทั้งด้านเวลาและรายได้ แล้วจัดลำดับความสำคัญเป็นแผนงานพร้อมประเมินต้นทุน ความเสี่ยง และผลตอบแทน

— ออกแบบกระบวนการใหม่ให้ชัดว่าอะไรให้คนทำ อะไรให้ AI ทำ และจุดตรวจสอบโดยมนุษย์อยู่ตรงไหน พร้อมเลือกเครื่องมือให้เหมาะกับงาน โดยคำนึงถึงต้นทุนและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลลูกค้า

— บริหารการนำไปใช้แบบโครงการ ตั้งแต่กำหนดขอบเขต ทดลองนำร่อง วัดผล จนขยายผลได้จริง

— ลงมือทำส่วนที่ไม่ต้องเขียนโค้ดด้วยตนเอง เช่น การออกแบบ Prompt และคลัง Prompt ขององค์กร ระบบอัตโนมัติ ฐานความรู้ Dashboard

— ร่วมออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย AI และข้อมูล โดยแปลงความต้องการของลูกค้าองค์กรให้เป็นข้อกำหนดที่ทีมพัฒนานำไปสร้างได้จริง และตรวจสอบว่าผลลัพธ์ที่ส่งออกไป "อธิบายที่มาได้"

— อบรมและโค้ชผู้ใช้งาน พร้อมเขียนข้อเสนอและเอกสารประกอบการตัดสินใจที่กระชับ ชัดเจน สำหรับผู้บริหารและลูกค้า

คุณสมบัติ

การศึกษา:

ปริญญาตรีสาขาใดก็ได้ — บริหารธุรกิจ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ไอที เศรษฐศาสตร์ นิติศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ ยินดีรับพิจารณาทั้งหมด

ประสบการณ์ 2–5 ปี:

ในสายที่ปรึกษา Business Analyst, Project Management, Digital/Product, Marketing Operations หรือสายเทคนิค (ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ตั้งแต่ 1 ปี แต่มีผลงานด้าน AI ที่จับต้องได้ พิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ)

ภาษาอังกฤษดี:

อ่านเอกสารเชิงเทคนิคและเชิงธุรกิจได้ เขียนอีเมลและรายงานได้ชัดเจน และเข้าประชุมกับลูกค้าหรือพันธมิตรต่างชาติได้ ไม่ต้องคล่องระดับเจ้าของภาษา แต่ต้องกล้าใช้และสื่อสารรู้เรื่อง

ใช้เครื่องมือ AI ทั่วไปได้คล่อง:

เช่น ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, เครื่องมือสร้างงานนำเสนอด้วย AI (Gamma, Canva) และเครื่องมือ Automation หรือ No-code อย่างน้อย 1 ตัว (Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Power Automate หรือ Google Apps Script)

พื้นฐานดิจิทัลแน่น:

Excel / Google Sheets (PivotTable, VLOOKUP หรือ XLOOKUP, การคำนวณเชิงโมเดลเบื้องต้น), Google Workspace หรือ Microsoft 365 และเครื่องมือบริหารงานอย่าง ClickUp, Notion, Asana หรือ Jira

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติมที่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

— Python หรือ SQL พื้นฐาน หรือมีความตั้งใจจะเรียนรู้

IDG is upgrading how the whole organisation works with AI, and evolving our advisory services to match what corporate clients now expect. We are looking for someone who sits between the business problem and the technology.

You will take a brief from leadership or a client, turn it into a workable AI solution design, and then make it happen with cross-functional teams — internally and on client engagements.

This is not a research role and not a pure engineering role. It is a "make AI actually work, and prove it" role.

What you will do

— Map how teams and clients actually work, find where AI creates real gains in time or revenue, and turn that into a prioritised plan with cost, risk and expected return.

— Design the new workflow — what humans do, what AI does, where the human check sits — and select the right tools for the job, with cost and client-data security as first-order constraints.

— Run implementation as a project: scope, pilot, measure, then scale what works.

— Build the no-code layer yourself: prompts and the company prompt library, automations, knowledge bases, dashboards and SOPs.

— Help shape AI- and data-driven products and services by translating client requirements into specifications a development team can build, and checking that every output can be traced and explained.

— Train and coach users, and write clear, concise proposals and decision papers for management and clients.

Must-have qualifications

Education:

bachelor's degree in any field — business, engineering, IT, economics, law or science are all welcome.

2–5 years' experience:

in consulting, business analysis, project management, digital/product, marketing operations or a technical role. Candidates with 1+ year and a demonstrable AI portfolio will be considered.

Good English:

able to read technical and business documents, write clear emails and reports, and hold your own in a meeting with a foreign client or partner. Native fluency is not required — working confidence is.

Fluent with everyday AI tools:

e.g. ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, AI presentation and design tools (Gamma, Canva), and at least one automation or no-code tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Power Automate or Google Apps Script).

Solid digital fundamentals:

Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, basic modelling), Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and a work management tool such as ClickUp, Notion, Asana or Jira.

Nice to have

— Basic Python or SQL, or the willingness to learn.

— Conceptual understanding of RAG, embeddings, AI agents or API integration.

— Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.

— Business-standard writing in both Thai and English.

— Any AI certificate or self-taught portfolio — personal projects count, please show them to us.
