Responsibilities:

Platform build & operations

• Manage and operate DX Infrastructure, including the virtualization layer and the container platform.

• Direct and coordinate efforts to maintain and upgrade the current platform and adopt new technology to support the business.

• Continuously improve infrastructure for better availability, scalability, and security.

• Work with architects and other engineers to ensure new solutions meet standards and that the transition from concept to production is smooth and fully documented.

• Research new technologies related to cloud products and services.

• Synthesize technologies from multiple vendors into a single customer-facing solution.

Delivery — CI/CD & GitOps

• Design, build, and operate GitOps CI/CD platforms (GitLab / GitLab Runner, Harbor registry with image scanning, Argo CD) on OpenShift and Kubernetes.

• Migrate customer workloads from VM / Docker Compose into production-grade Kubernetes manifests or Helm charts.

Production ownership — incident & reliability

• Owner production incidents end-to-end on customer clusters: evidence collection, root-cause analysis, remediation, and written RCA / runbook. Examples of scope: control-plane certificate expiry, node network blips from OS auto-updates, Kafka connection leaks, K8s node crashes.

• Design and maintain monitoring and alerting (Prometheus / Grafana / Thanos, Elastic, Datadog): pod health, PVC capacity, object-storage per-bucket usage, certificate expiry, load-balancer metrics.

• Plan and execute platform changes under change management: action plans, maintenance windows, customer notification, rollback and soak criteria, DR tests, vendor support cases (Red Hat, HPE).

Customer-facing & documentation

• Work across multiple customer environments (enterprise / property / data-platform accounts). Produce solution architecture documents, proposals, monthly operation reports, and incident reports in Thai and English.

• Document solution architecture and provide training and guidance to support tier and engineering teams for new services.

• Upskill LSA engineers — technical skills and instructor skills: transfer knowledge and motivate other engineers.

Qualification:

[Required skills]

• At least 2-5 years' experience and excellent in Unix/Linux skills together with automated shell scripting, or using programing language such as Python and so on.

• Has a container and its orchestrator experience such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git etc.

• Has a database (RDBMS) experience for both SQL and NoSQL

• Has Basic TCP/IP Networking knowledge.

[Optional skills: Plus Points]

• In-Depth understanding of Cloud, Virtualization-based, and Container technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Kubernetes)

• Understanding web-app and API service

• Understanding messaging system, preferably Apache Kafka

• The knowledge of maintaining and improving the DevOps Platform

• Bachelor or Master Degree of Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineer or any related fields or equivalent experience

• Ability to communicate well in English

• Desire to learn new technologies and skills

• Initiative, analytical thinking, troubleshooting and communication skills

• Must be a service mind, staff and customer orientated team player
