• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for digital marketing solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services across existing and new accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Pico Thailand's digital marketing & Data services.
• Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Media, and Digital) to develop integrated marketing strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Strategic Planning & Digital Marketing Solutions.
• Understand clients' business objectives and develop data-driven, innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Provide insights on digital trends, audience engagement strategies, and performance-driven marketing.
• Collaborate with the content, performance marketing, and creative teams to craft compelling campaigns.
• Drive multi-channel digital marketing solutions including social media, paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, content marketing, and data analytics.
• Revenue Generation & Business Expansion.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities within the client portfolio and contribute to revenue growth.
• Work with leadership to set and achieve business development goals.
• Participate in pitch presentations and proposal development for new business acquisitions.
• Develop long-term client relationships by demonstrating the impact of digital strategies on business results.
• Project & Team Coordination.
• Lead digital campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
• Ensure smooth internal workflows by coordinating with creative, media buying, and tech teams.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Strategic Planning, or Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and business development.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid media, social, SEO, influencer marketing, content marketing, and analytics).
• Excellent client servicing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop strategic proposals, pitch ideas, and handle high-value clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
