Responsibilities

The role encompasses several key duties:

• Participation in designing IT systems and infrastructure
• Monitoring installed systems and infrastructure operations
• Configuration and administration of technology/systems including hardware and operating systems
• Providing technical solutions for computer applications and systems to teams, customers, and end users
• Delivering comprehensive technical support to user support staff
• Developing integrated solutions covering hardware, software, system infrastructure, and backup/recovery
• Managing incidents and requests within the defined technology environment
• Maintaining service quality through organizational standards enforcement

Qualifications Required:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 2 years in a related position

Technical Skills:

• SQL Database or equivalent database knowledge
• Data backup and recovery software expertise
• Must be able to troubleshoot and solve computer problems
• Network understanding and basic TCP/IP (OSI Model) knowledge
