Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with corporate governance frameworks.

Develop and manage the annual IT department budget (CAPEX and OPEX).

Negotiate with vendors and service providers to optimize IT costs.

Act as the primary point of contact between IT and internal business units to understand and fulfill technology needs.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.

Lead and oversee internal IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and hardware.

Ensure 24/7 system availability and robust disaster recovery plans for critical business operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a senior IT leadership role

Proven experience in IT Governance, risk management, and compliance

Strong financial acumen with experience in IT budgeting and cost control

Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (Networking, Server management, Cloud, Cybersecurity)

Excellent project management skills (PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus)

Fluent in Thai and fair in English (written and spoken) for professional communication and reporting

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
