Planning & Warehouse Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the planning and warehouse activities to meet customer service level targets and total inventory objectives (DIO) regarding Finished goods, Raw materials, Components, Parts & Accessories.
  • Review and design the planning and warehouse organization to ensure a lean organization maximizing the use of technology and new ERP D365
  • Lead system improvement initiatives related to planning and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure the maximal usage of the system for definition of inventory level, automation of replenishment strategies, tracking of forecast reliability, production and scheduling plan reliability
  • Bring to the position an understanding of contemporary best practice in supply chain/materials management with an ability to coach others.
  • Drives implementation of best practices, including Master Production Scheduling, Material Planning, capacity planning and distribution planning.
  • Lead cost reduction initiatives in her department (Headcount numbers, export vs local sourcing of raw materials, optimization of forklift fleet, etc.)
  • Update regularly all related procedures and work instructions.
  • Prepare monthly report reflecting work progress summary and develop performance monitoring in planning and warehouse departments.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Monitor Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods for material availability, financial tracking and in support of company goals as per stock policy.
  • Sustain warehouse and store operations efficiency & minimize operations disruptions.
  • Management and Leadership
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count and stock reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, stock turnover, picking accuracy, space utilization).
  • Drive warehouse layout optimization and material flow improvement.
  • Ensures that important information from management is shared with direct reports and others as appropriate in the organizational unit.
  • Keeps management informed us about progress and problems, mitigate risks and propose action plans.
  • Propose and implement in coordination with HR the learning path of direct subordinates.
  • Takes the lead in setting new business directions, partnerships, policies or procedures.
  • Helps people to develop a clear understanding of what they will need to do differently, because of changes in the organization.
  • Establishes structures and processes to plan and manage the orderly implementation of change.
  • Helps individuals and groups manage the anxiety associated with significant change.
  • Understands the interests and important concerns of others.
  • Implement the company PMS (set up KPIs and competencies, regular feedback, final assessment, career path proposition).

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher in engineering or any related fields
  • At least 10 years of planning and stock management experience
  • Fluent in Business English
  • Use Microsoft Office suite and master best in class ERP SAP / D365 Supply Chain modules at the level needed for the work application (kinds of documents and speed of the work)
  • Strong analytical , negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, strong leadership
  • Have good problem-solving skills and decision making
