Ocean Customers Service Officer
atCEVA Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Coordinate with customer, overseas offices and suppliers to manage sea export bookings as per company working instructions and guideline in timely manner.
- Response to customer’s enquiry and problem solving.
- Ensure services provided as per customer’s KPI and company guideline.
- Maintains relationships with company's network (Operations and Customer Services) and customers to assure compliance with expectations and established procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation, delivery and confirmation of all assigned reports
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields or
- At least 2-year experience in freight forwarding business or shipping line.
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of computer PC and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willing to work hard
- Service-mind, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new things
- Honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Self-motivation and teamwork
