Work you will do

Strategic Leadership:

Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, shaping the company's HR strategy to align with business goals and industry trends.

Lead HR planning to support rapid scaling, organizational agility, and innovation.

Talent Management:

Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to succession planning, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.

Develop strategies for retaining key digital and tech talent in a highly competitive market.

Enhance performance management systems to drive a high-performance culture.

Organizational Development & Culture:

Foster a strong company culture rooted in innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Lead initiatives for change management, employee engagement, and culture transformation to adapt to evolving business needs.

Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

Leadership Development:

Create and implement leadership development programs to build managerial capabilities and strengthen leadership across all levels.

Mentor senior leaders on people management and organizational growth.

HR Operations:

Oversee HR operations, including compliance with employment laws and regulations, policy development, and process improvement.

Leverage HR technology and data analytics to streamline processes and inform decision-making.

Employee Engagement:

Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

Use feedback tools and analytics to measure engagement and implement action plans.

HR Innovation:

Integrate digital tools and innovative practices to create a modern and efficient HR function.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.

Let us Talk About You

If you are someone with:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within digital or tech industries.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in Thailand and globally.
• Proven ability to lead HR functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and culture development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with HR systems, data analytics, and tech-driven HR tools.
