Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations and implement KPI monitoring systems
- Drive process improvement initiatives across departments
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and international offices
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor operations teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and development planning
- Foster a productive workplace culture
Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure regulatory adherence and legal compliance
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
Reporting:
- Deliver performance updates to senior management
- Maintain transparent organizational communication
Required
Qualifications:
- 8-13 years in sea freight (export/import)
- Expertise in import/export processes through file closure
- Technical system and process management skills
- Shipping line and vendor relationship management
- OOG (Out of Gauge) cargo and special container experience
- Air shipment experience preferred
