About the role

As a Reservation Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient booking processes for our customers, helping them create unforgettable travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving booking issues promptly.
• Coordinate with travel partners and suppliers to confirm bookings and ensure availability.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and transactions in the system.
• Assist in managing cancellations, changes, and special requests from customers.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work 24/7 is a must
• Ability to work onsite at FYI Building (near MRT Queen sirikit convention center)
