[BCPG] Community Relations & Corporate Affairs Manager (Under ALT Co., Ltd.)

- Design, develop, and drive the implementation of annual CSR, community relations, ESG management, and stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring alignment with BCPG and ALT's sustainability policy, corporate objectives, and business strategy.
- Act as the primary interface with local stakeholders — community leaders, fishery groups, schools, temples and local administrations — to build social license to operate for a marine oil terminal and seaport.
- Monitor community sentiment and social risk, operate the grievance mechanism, provide early warning of emerging issues to management, and lead community communication during operational incidents.
- Manage the CSR budget, set KPIs, evaluate performance and report to management, including visitor hosting and employee volunteering programs.
- Manage the company's social media and communication channels — planning and producing content, and monitoring engagement and online sentiment.
- Coordinate proactive press and publicity activities and build relationships with local and national media to strengthen the organization’s image on an ongoing basis.
- Liaise with government authorities on matters relating to the company's business to facilitate smooth operations, and support internal departments on license applications and renewals on a case-by-case basis.
- Coordinate with BCPG's Sustainability Management and Corporate Communications Division and internal departments to keep messaging and policy consistent across the Group, and supervise and develop the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Sciences, Political Science, Communication Arts, Community Development, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in CSR, community relations or stakeholder engagement, preferably in energy, petroleum, port, power generation or industrial operations.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with communities surrounding operational sites, and in handling sensitive issues constructively.
- Sound understanding of sustainability and ESG principles, with the ability to translate corporate policy into practical site-level plans.
- Experience in public relations, social media management and working with the media.
- Experience liaising with government authorities, with an understanding of the regulatory context for industrial or port operations.
- Strong negotiation, conflict management and crisis communication skills, with sound judgement under pressure.
- Excellent Thai communication skills, with working-level English.
- Able to be based in Phetchaburi and to travel to Bangkok and/or other operating sites as assigned; valid driving license.
- Familiarity with Phetchaburi and established local networks is an advantage.
