As a digital marketing manager at Yoren, you will take charge of digital marketing campaign planning and execution for our corporate clients, analyze data and develop actionable insights.

• Conduct market research to identify consumer requirements, habits and trends in Thailand, especially on retail marketing. Stay on top of market, consumer behavior and trends in convenient stores and modern-trade retail business
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns, familiar with the customer loyalty program operations
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns internally and externally with clients and third-party companies
• Analyze and interpret marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, store traffic, member growth, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Communicate regularly with the client on the data analysis result, to find out the next step based on the marketing strategy
• Develop presentation to update customer on their weekly and monthly KPIs, marketing campaigns and data analysis result

• Bachelor degree or above, marketing related major
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing in convenient stores or modern trade retail businesses; specialization in digital marketing is preferred
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Strong knowledge in convenient stores and modern trade retail businesses marketing trends and best practices
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, performance measurement and data analytics
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, good teamwork, learning ability, and a sincere and dedication quality
• Minimum 2 years of team or project management experience is preferred
• Have sense of data analyze, can make good use of data reports and lead the data analyze direction for marketing purpose
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Native Thai and fluent in English or Mandarin
