Finance & Admin Officer
atWXYZ Co., Ltd.จัดทำข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงบการเงิน P&L Balance Sheet และชำระค่าใช้จ่าย และ ภาษีต่างๆ บริหารเงินรางวัลจาก gameshow (ไม่ต้องปิดงบบัญชีเป็น เพราะมี outsource CPA)
- จัดทำข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงบการเงิน รายรับรายจ่าย เพื่อส่งให้ outsource CPA ปิดบัญชีได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ออกใบ แจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ให้กับทางฝ่ายขายให้ถูกต้องตามหลักการ
- ควบคุมดูแลบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และลูกหนี้
- บริหารเงินรางวัลจาก gameshow
- ทำเอกสารสรุปเจ้าหนี้ที่ทางผู้บริหารต้องโอนเงิน
- ช่วยงาน admin ต่างๆในบริษัท
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการเงิน การบัญชีอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office หรือโปรแกรมบัญชีอื่นๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงานสูง และมีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ดี
- มีไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
