Senior Manager, Rewards
atWPP (Thailand) Ltd. - GROUPMIn this role, The Reward Manager will be as the compensation decisions are understood and have the support across the organization. The manager works closely with the top management, supporting decisions and providing the evidence for discussions within business units.

Responsibilities of the role;
- Manages, leads and develops the Reward Team
- Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
- Responsible to drive all compensation and benefit functions smoothly.
- Managing HR database, Headcount planning, Manpower forecast and budget planning
- Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
- Work closely with HR Director and coordinating with Finance department and support any other tasks as assign.
Key Skills Requirements;
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resource, Public Administration, or related fields
- At least 5 years working experience with relate background in Compensation and benefit
- Good command in English for both written and spoken
- Experience in managing team would be preferable
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Strong Time Management skills
- Self-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Team Player
