What do we need?

You will lead the charge in planning, organizing, and executing unforgettable events that captivate audiences and deliver results. From brainstorming creative concepts to managing budgets, timelines, and vendors, you'll ensure every detail shines. If you're a dynamic multitasker with a flair for problem-solving and a passion for bringing bold ideas to life, this role is your stage to shine.

What you will do?

• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and create tailored marketing activities, including roadshows and on-ground events

• Develop proposals to showcase creative ideas and plans to clients

• Plan and execute campaign operations, including routing, roles and responsibilities, and key performance indicators

• Prepare cost estimations and manage budgets to ensure activities are within financial targets

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their needs and ensuring project goals are achieved within budget

• Coordinate with internal teams like Creative and Production to align project deliverables.

• Work with suppliers and scout appropriate venues for events

• Supervise on-site installations and event execution, ensuring everything runs seamlessly

• Address and resolve challenges during events, implementing preventative measures for future projects

• Create evaluation reports to summarize the success of each activity

• Handle administrative tasks, such as advance requests and payment reconciliations, in collaboration with the Accounting team

• Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for client promotions

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team

What you will need?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in event planning or roadshow management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• High energy, strong responsibility, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a proactive learning mindset.

• Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to non-standard working hours.
