Accounting Officer / Senior Officer
atWhiteline Group Co., Ltd.- รับผิดชอบงานบันทึกบัญชีการจ่ายเงินสดย่อย (Petty Cash Voucher) และเงินเบิกจ่ายล่วงหน้า (Advance Payment)
- รับผิดชอบงานภาษีต่างๆ จัดทำภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภ.ง.ด.3/ ภ.ง.ด.53 และจัดทำภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภพ.30) เพื่อยื่นภาษีประจำเดือน
- บันทึกเจ้าหนี้การค้า บันทึกการจ่ายชำระหนี้ให้กับเจ้าหนี้แต่ละราย และบันทึกรายการตัดยอดบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารเจ้าหนี้เพื่อออก Payment Voucher เช็คจ่ายในแต่ละงวด
- บันทึกข้อมูล และ Upload ข้อมูลในระบบ e-banking เพื่อทำการจ่ายเงิน
- รวบรวมข้อมูล และ จัดทำรายงานการจ่ายเงิน
- สรุปงาน หรือ จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการกำหนด
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชี 1-5 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มีทัศนคติดี
- เคยใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป
