As a Technical Engineer you will be reporting directly to Technical Support Manager - VSL International Ltd., responsible in training execution in accordance with the group standard procedure.

• Control VSL Academy maintenance/training facilities by coordinating with VSL TH and outsourced contractor.
• Coordinate and report in R&D projects as defined by VSL Group.
• Prepare the training materials/equipment on various VSL systems.
• Organize, draft, and coordinate training documents following the group recommendation.
• After a sufficient experience has been acquired, ensure the trainings provided in accordance with group standard procedures.
• Liaise with VSL TH and ensure QHSE at the VSL Academy is of highest standard.
• Update on monthly basis stock of Academy materials/inventory.
• Assisting Technical Support Manager as required

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Having experience 0-2 years in civil engineer (fresh-graduates are welcome).
• Eligible to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
• Proficiency in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
• Willingness and ability to learn fast
• Able to travel to foreign country if required
