About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team at VETSYNOVA CO., LTD.' Based in Taling Chan, Bangkok, this full-time role is responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to support the growth of our organisation. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our workforce and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding

• Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position VETSYNOVA CO., LTD.' as an employer of choice

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

• Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment activities and metrics

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in recruitment

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• A passion for talent management and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
