KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead work measurement, workforce planning, and productivity improvement initiatives, leveraging operational data analysis to optimize resource utilization, enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and support continuous improvement across the business.

• Develop and oversee facility and network operating plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, resource requirements, and service commitments while driving performance improvements and operational efficiency through continuous optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead operational auditing and compliance activities to ensure adherence to policies and standards, maintain accurate reporting and measurement systems, identify operational risks, and drive effective corrective actions and continuous improvement.

• Lead short- and long-term forecasting and resource planning initiatives, utilizing data analysis, capacity planning, and financial evaluation to optimize staffing, equipment, transportation, and facility requirements while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

• Oversee data analytics and reporting functions, ensuring timely performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing reporting capabilities through automation and continuous improvement.

• Drive process improvement and engineering excellence through Industrial Engineering and Lean practices, identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing workflows, implementing sustainable solutions, and measuring results to achieve business objectives.

• Lead compliance, safety, and corporate programs to ensure regulatory adherence, mitigate operational risks, enhance compliance awareness, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Oversee facility management and capital projects, ensuring effective project execution, capacity planning, infrastructure improvements, budget control, and compliance with business and engineering requirements.

• Lead capital planning and appropriation activities, including investment evaluation, financial analysis, budget management, and strategic capacity planning to support business growth and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• 8-10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.

• Strong experience in workforce planning, forecasting, productivity improvement, and process optimization.

• Knowledge of work measurement, Lean/Continuous Improvement, operations planning, and financial analysis.

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analytics tools.

• Proven leadership skills with experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration, and influencing business decisions.

• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
