To support all Project Support Manager on delivery the project to achieve the KPI, starting from Design Phase, Execution, Start Up-Commissioning and Handover. Create detail engineering design and submitted to Project Support Manager. Key person on field in day to day basis to check and drive compliance of project execution refer to core design, agreed specification, safety, timeliness and budget. Liaise with contractor, manufacturing, maintenance, central engineering in in a field basis to deliver the project.

• List down detail requirement of user and put it in a formal document.
• Create technical drawing, propose technical specification, PID, Layout, etc.
• Create User Requirement Specification prior to tender.
• Ask Quotation from vendor/supplier and make a technical comparison if required.
• Checking quality and quantity of incoming material or services from suppliers/contractors.
• Manage a proper documentation of each project activity refer to the procedures.
• Checking status arrival of material/service to the suppliers/contractors.
• Coordinate all field activities between contractors, project team, production, maintenance central engineering to ensure a good project design and execution.
• To coordinate 5S, WCM, and ISO implementation in Project Delivery Team.
• To keep the confidentiality of the confidential matter.
• To coordinate commissioning, start up and proper handover process to operational team.
• Checking, drive on field day to day project execution to meet project KPI in term of quality, safety, timeliness.
• Responsible to ensure the contractors are following Unilever Safety Standard while working in Unilever premises.

• Bachelor degree from Engineering with at least 0-3 years experience working in engineering.
• Able to demonstrate appropriate team work, safety and WCM.
• High sense of urgency and responsibility, good in result oriented, self management and persuasive skills.
• Good field leadership, High integrity and discipline to work refer to procedures.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
• Has a deep understanding about Mechanical/Electrical/Control automation Engineering.
• Computer literate ( MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Outlook, AutoCAD).
• Understand about process technology, packing technology and utilities of FMCG Industries.
• Has an understanding about Safety, ISO and OHSAS & WCM.
