HR & Admin Officer (1 year contract)
atUnilever ThailandTo support people operation for payroll and admin scope in factory environment.
- Administrator and work with payroll outsource to processing monthly payroll for employees, which includes ensuring vacation, leave, sick time are tracked in the system
- Report time attendance and OT payment
- Prepare documents for Social Security
- Ensure that all records and HR data are dealt with in a timely and accurate way
- Qualification
- Bachelor degree in any filed
- Experience in payroll administration prefer but fresh graduate also welcome
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Details oriented
- Ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately
- 1 year contract
