Finance Supervisor
atUnilever ThailandFinance supervisor BMI will own, partner, and continuously improve all processes relating to Brand & Marketing Investment (BMI) for total Retail and Aviance, including BMI & Non- Working Media (NWM) reporting and process simplification as well as spend analysis & drawing insights to drive specific project
- Own, prepare, and submit the monthly MCO and quarterly BMI forecast required
- Prepare and communicate regular reporting around MCO BMI, including BMI forecasting bias
- Bring visibility and challenge to BMI spending especially non-working media and "Other" BMI promotional expenses and drive for efficiency improvement / reduction
- Prepare and post judgemental BMI related journal entries and accruals on a monthly basis. Ensure correct BMI booking (CbT) and entities in accordance with K2 model including cross-charge process (i.e BD eForm for non-working media).
- Provide commentary and analysis around BMI actual vs forecast and BMI accrual balance sheet account
- Working with local system to ensure the complete creation and amendment of BMI IOs, cost centers, users and data
- Maintain, revise, and adjust granular BMI targets/forecast by brand on regular basis
- Continuously improve all the accounting, controlling, and reporting process related to BMI, ROMI, and ZBB BMI
- Deliver training to business partners as required on local system and how it works and on accounting for and reporting BMI
- Act as Finance contact person for multiple ROMI/ ZBB initiative and support CD & Marketing in providing progress update to the MCO LT
- Qualified accountant or equivalent or studying towards professional accounting qualification
- At lest 2-3 years of experience in account or finance analyst
- Strong engagement and communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical skills, reporting and accounting accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with others on key deliverables
- Ability to drive process/report simplification and improvements
- Ability to manage a large and complex group of stakeholders
