- บริหารจัดการ ควบคุม การดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์
- รวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ 3C ค่า BEI นำมาวางแผนงานพัฒนา, เข้าใจคุณค่าและฟังก์ชั่นที่ต้องการในผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีต่อผู้บริโภค
- นำเสนอ idea spec และภาพกระบวนการผลิตที่สามารถทำขึ้นมาได้จริง โดยคำนึงถึงเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพ/ราคา/กำไรจากจากการลงทุน และความปลอดภัย,
- วางแผนการ modify และสื่อสารข้อมูลและชี้นำให้ผู้อื่นปฏิบัติ
- ตั้งเป้าหมาย วิเคราะห์ ตั้งสมมติฐาน พิจารณาวิธีการประเมินวัตถุดิบ สวนประกอบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ และนำเสนอวิธีการประเมินแบบใหม่
- วางแผนและควบคุม/ปรับเปลี่ยน การสำรวจผู้บริโภค (เชิงคุณภาพ เชิงปริมาณ) ตาม schedule ภาพรวมของ Theme
- กำหนด criteria ร่วมกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง, พิจารณา/ตัดสินใจตามวัตถุประสงค์/สมมติฐานได้อย่างเป็นตรรกะและการวางแนวทางแก้ไข
- จัดทำ product specification/ QC specification, กำหนดค่ามาตรฐาน คอนดิชั่นการผลิต การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
- นำเสนอการปรับเปลี่ยนสเป็คที่จำเป็นเพื่อการผลิตในปริมาณมาก โดยคำนึงถึงกระบวนการ/วัตถุดิบ/คุณภาพ/ราคา
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลด้านความปลอดภัยของผลิตภัณฑ์
- เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิบัตรที่มีมาก่อนและตรวจสอบอิทธิพลที่มีต่อ Theme ที่ตนเองรับผิดชอบ
- นำเสนอสเป็คที่หลีกเลี่ยงการละเมิดหรือสเป็คที่มีความเหนือกว่า พร้อมทั้งจัดทำ draft patent รวมถึงให้คำชี้แนะสมาชิกในทีมให้สามารถทำได้
