Job description: 


Senior Designers are joining our design team and lead us in our design projects. You will be required to oversee the design project from end to end, starting from conceptualisation to completion. You will also need to coordinate with Un-titled Lab leaderships to lead the design team towards producing high-quality designs. Your contribution will add value to the team and the brand experience outputs, directly impacting our customer satisfaction and profits. You will focus on three areas of strategic thinking, leadership, and brand experience design.

What you will do:


> Work with Un-titled Lab leadership to understand and communicate in-depth knowledge of a client’s business environment
> Apply design thinking approach and human-centred design to prioritize business challenges, goals and opportunities.
> Oversee all digital design projects, from conception to delivery.
> Review junior designers’ work and offer feedback to team members, ensuring the high quality of the design work.
> Collaborate with the strategy & design team to ensure deadlines are met.
> Shape design strategy and ensure design outcomes in alignment with brand, customer, and market insights set by the strategy team.
> Design original pieces in multidisciplinary design manners including; graphic, illustrations, infographics, prints, website, and others.
>Refine design outcomes and maintain brand consistency throughout all the projects.

> Work flexibly and efficiently to fluidly adapt your approach to fit the project and team needs and constraints.
> Support Un-titled Lab’s business development activities.
