Job Description

• Monitor markets and online platforms for counterfeit goods and IP infringements.

• Collect evidence for legal action and assist in drafting legal documents.

• Coordinate with the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Customs Department, Royal Thai Police, and other law enforcement agencies and investigators.

• Conduct legal research and prepare reports and client updates relating to intellectual property enforcement matters, including customs detentions, raids, investigations, and other enforcement actions.

• Translate legal and general documents as required.

• Able and willing to travel to upcountry locations and stay overnight when required.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and participate in on-site investigations and anti-counterfeiting raid operations when required.

• Conduct training sessions for relevant authorities in Bangkok and various provinces on trademark infringement and counterfeit goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Strong presentation skills.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Ability to drive a car.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Canva.
