Thrivre is a Career Consulting Startup helping Thai professionals design careers they actually want. Beyond Thrivre, we're also building out sub-ventures in HRTech, Recruitment, and

Education — and this role sits right at the center of that growth.

This role is for you if:

🚀 You want to be an entrepreneur or business owner someday — not just work in one

💡 You want to work directly with a founder on real strategy across multiple ventures, not intern busywork

🎯 You're hands-on — you'd rather test an idea than write a plan about it

What you'll do:

• Collaborate directly with the Founder to drive growth by executing end-to-end projects — across Thrivre and its sub-startups

• Get hands-on with whatever each venture needs that week — ops, research, testing ideas, launching initiatives

• Help identify and solve real bottlenecks in how each business grows

You'll learn: how a founder actually thinks and decides across multiple businesses at once, what building ventures from 0 really looks like, how to go from idea

• result fast — and how that process differs across industries.

Who you are:

• Available for ~6 months — this isn't a short-term gig, we're investing in you and need the same back

• Studying or from any university/faculty — background doesn't matter

• You want to be a founder or business owner one day, and you're using this to actually get better — not just to collect an "experience" line on your resume

• You think like an owner, not an employee — you see problems and want to fix them, not just flag them

• Comfortable with ambiguity — you don't need a clear task list to get moving

• Native Thai with good English

• Bonus: You've started something before (a business, a project, a side hustle) — didn't need to succeed

You have at least 1 of these hard skills:

• Social Media Marketing

• Business Analysis and/or Project Management

• Creative Design (Graphic Design and/or Video Editing)

• UX/UI Design and/or Web Development
