- สร้างสรรค์และนำเสนอเรื่องเล่าผ่านวิดีโอให้น่าสนใจ ตอบโจทย์ผู้ชมกลุ่มเป้าหมายและลูกค้า
- กำหนด ควบคุม และดูแลทิศทางการผลิตงานวิดีโอตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนจบกระบวนการ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดภายใต้เงื่อนไขต่างๆ
คุณสมบัติ
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทำงาน และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโปรดักชันอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการเล่าเรื่องอย่างสร้างสรรค์ สามารถถ่ายทำและตัดต่อวิดีโอได้ดี
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีวิสัยทัศน์ มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี
- มีทักษะการตัดสินใจอย่างเป็นระบบ สามารถบาลานซ์ความสร้างสรรค์กับเวลาและงบประมาณได้
- รักการเรียนรู้ สนใจความเป็นไปของสังคม พร้อมทำความเข้าใจผู้ชม ลูกค้า แพลตฟอร์ม และทีมงาน
