Key
Role and Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical engineering works in alignment with project requirements and production needs
Plan, control, and monitor installation works, as well as the improvement of machinery and equipment
Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculation sheets, and related technical documents
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and contractors to ensure that work is executed according to plan
Manage mechanical engineering projects to ensure they are completed within budget, timeline, and safety standards
Inspect and evaluate the performance of machinery, equipment, and utility systems
Support process improvement initiatives, cost reduction programs, and operational efficiency enhancement activities
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards
Prepare reports on work progress, issues, and improvement recommendations for supervisors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
At least 1-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or engineering project work
Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems such as machinery, piping systems, chilled water system, HVAC system, air compressors system and other related mechanical equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including P&ID, Mechanical Drawings, and General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
Proficiency in engineering and office software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, or other related programs
Good analytical, planning, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be an advantage
Holding a valid Professional Engineering License (PEL) will be an advantage
Willingness to work in Rayong Province.
