Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- พัฒนาความรู้และสร้างความตระหนักด้าน ESG ให้แก่พนักงานทุกระดับในองค์กรผ่านการจัดอบรม, สื่อสารภายในและกิจกรรมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม
- วางแผนและกำกับดูแลดำเนินงาน ESG ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์องค์กร กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และแนวทางสากล (เช่น GRI, TCFD, SDGs)
- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และสื่อสารผลการดำเนินงาน ESG ขององค์กร Smart Living โดยจัดทำรายงาน ESG/ Sustainability Report เพื่อนำเสนอผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
- ขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรม Waste to Value ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี้ยวข้องเพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงของเสียให้กลายเป็นสินค้า/ทรัพยากรที่มีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก เพื่อส่งเสริมโครงการ ESG และดำเนินการตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้
- ติดตามเทรนด์ด้าน ESG และรายงานต่อผู้บริหารเพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในองค์กร
Qualifications:
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือโท ในสาขาสาขาวิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม วิศวกรรมอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง (GPA ปริญญาตรี <2.70 และปริญญาโท <3.30 )
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน ESG, ความยั่งยืน หรือ CSR อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจมาตรฐานการรายงาน ESG เช่น GRI, TCFD, SDG, และมีทักษะด้านการจัดทำรายงาน
- มีความสามารถในการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม โดยเฉพาะในแนวทาง Waste to Value เช่น Circular Economy
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารในระดับดี, การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ และมีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ (Analytical skill)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC <550)
