Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to gather and finalize project requirements.
- Work with both internal and external developers, including negotiating project efforts and budget.
- Design system architecture and develop test scenarios in alignment with business requirements
- Provide consultation and guidance when users or developers have questions regarding the designed system.
- Coordinate with the team to support system rollout and ensure ongoing support and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
