Job Description

• Capture video content for Influencers, KOLs, creators, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan video shoots in collaboration with Content, Creative, Marketing, and KOL Specialist teams.
• Prepare and manage filming equipment such as cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production gear.
• Produce content optimized for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Edit videos for different platforms, including subtitles, sound effects, graphics, and transitions.
• Enhance video quality through color grading, sound editing, and visual adjustments.
• Collaborate with teams to create engaging and trend-driven content.
• Organize and manage video files and footage systematically.
• Revise and adjust video content based on feedback from teams, clients, or influencers.
• Stay updated on video production trends, short-form content, and creator economy trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Film, Media Production, Communication Arts, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in video production and editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and video shooting techniques.
• Familiar with social media content and short-form video formats.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging visual content.
• Strong collaboration skills with creative and marketing teams.
• Experience in influencer content or brand campaign production is a plus.
