Job Description

Responsibilities

Assistant to the Legal Executive Management in managing and executing all assigned legal tasks and corporate matters. Able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), head office, or other locations as assigned by the Company, including traveling overseas to handle legal disputes, litigation, or corporate matters as required. Provide support to the Company on legal-related matters. Review and provide legal and contractual comments on draft contracts and agreements. Involve in drafting and controlling internal rules and regulations in accordance with Thai laws. Provide accurate and up-to-date legal advice to internal departments when required. Resolve legal issues, lawsuits, disputes, and regulatory compliance matters, both internal and external. Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve legal issues. Provide guidance to all departments to ensure operations comply with applicable laws. Research laws and legal practices of countries with business relationships with the Company. Update and provide guidelines on new regulations to the Board of Management and concerned departments. Undertake administrative tasks such as filing, drafting correspondence, and managing legal documents. Review and systematize legal documents according to the Company's standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the aviation business or a relevant industry (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered). Profound knowledge and practical application of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Prioritize holders of a Lawyer License. Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and general Thai laws. High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening). A TOEIC score report may be required. Business understanding: Experience in Thai court processes and legal proceedings is an advantage. Ability to leverage AI tools for legal research and efficiency is an advantage. Good attitude, strong ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Other
