Area of Responsibility:

• Be able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport

• Prepare payment voucher and document support and upload data to the bank system and follow up related party to approve transaction in time

• Record payment transaction and bank fees in accounting system

• Prepare fund transfer and follow up authorizers to approve own account transfer

• Be focus point to prepare bank documents and contact with all banks

• Prepare weekly payment plan and support information to prepare cashflow

• Prepare daily cash balance report

• Collaborate with other function departments, passenger and coordinate with bank to resolve issues regarding to payment

• Prepare bank reconcile at the month end closing

• Prepare Withholding tax certificate and send the report to GL team

• Prepare and reimburse petty cash payment

• Perform other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance

• 5 years Experience in treasury or finance function

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good command in Thai and English

• Experience in Sun Systems will be advantage./Experience in International Airline is desirable
